“No i accidentally selected the wrong date by a day and noticed immediately after I booked. Expedia nor the Hotel could help me. Lessons learned. Most likely wont use Expedia for anymore of my travels. Called Holiday Inn and booked a room directly. Great room and service!”

“Clean room”

“To start the parking lot is verry small. Second it's close to the rail road so you might get woken up in the middle of the night if you are a light sleeper do to Train noise. Next, they advertise free breakfast but they did not have breakfast. I was given the excuse that it wasn't the right time of year, but your ad said free breakfast so they should have it no matter the time of year. The room itself wasn't horrible but there was some damaged tiles on the floor of the bathroom and the carpet...

“We were in town for a funeral and had an early morning. The young men in the next room were very drunk and loud, yelling, TV blaring etc. Starting at 10:00 when the noise started, I contacted the front desk to report it multiple times. The front desk clerk at first called them to ask them to be quieter, eventually going personally to ask them to be quiet. Finally, at 1:00 I called again to insist something substantive be done. The employee suggested we pack up and move rooms in the middle...

“Didn't make it till 10pm room was dirty had to clean bath tub my self found stuff underneath the bed and desk and the main reason I booked here was the pool but it was not working when we got there and they didn't even tell me even though I requested a room right on the pool would stay there again but most likely will try to find somewhere better next time”

“Outside of the property needs some work. Room was clean and shower had hot water. Also I left a personal item in the room and they let me back in to retrieve it. ”

“Such a fun experience! Very nice and my kiddos loved it!! The train car is awesome! My youngest is in love with trains and this was just the Cherry on top of visiting family in Hutchinson! Clean, quiet and perfect! ”

“There was nothing wrong with the room. It was clean and comfortable. Location and facilities and management were the only problems. Would probably consider staying there again if I am looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night or two.”

“As clean as it could be. Furniture is a bit rough with worn out spots and a greasy stain on the recliner's headrest. I slept well. The wall color is a bit jarring. Something more neutral would be helpful.”
